Fundraisers

It seems like there's always some sort of fundraiser to attend. Recently, we've had two that we've supported. One was for a local woman who is battling cancer. The other was to raise funds for the local entries to the county Youth Expo. It still amazes us how such a small community will come out to support various causes.

The pink fundraiser was very well attended with many people having to stand.

The pink fundraiser included a fish fry.

Many local people contribute to the auction items. Homemade items raise the most money.

This was one of my favorite auction items.

This local woman's Carrot Cake regularly gets over $200 in the live auction.

We made a couple of pies for the silent auction. The chocolate pie raised $40.

The Key Lime Pie raised $35.
